Where are you located?
We are located at Pontstraße 62 in Aachen, Germany.
Can I pre-order?
At the moment, we do not offer pre-orders, but this is something we would be excited to offer in the future, when we have more capacity.
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, we do not.
Why are all 3 cookie flavors sometimes not available to buy?
We bake all our cookies in small batches throughout the day to keep them as fresh as possible. Because of this, sometimes we run out of baked cookies while the next batch is in the oven. Our staff are always happy to answer questions about which flavors are coming out next and when they'll be ready in the window.
Where is your dough made?
We prepare all our doughs and syrups ourselves, upstairs in our Pontstraße café!
Do your cookies and drinks contain nuts?
Our current cookie rotation contains no tree nuts. We do however offer almond milk in our drinks, and our classic chocolate chip cookies contain sesame. Many of our ingredients are also produced in facilities where nuts are processed, so we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination has occurred.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes! Our Oatie cookies are vegan.
